The hotel was a perfect fit for our family of 5 with its affordable prices and spacious rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with a well-decorated room and a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, giving us helpful tips on local attractions. We also appreciated the elaborate breakfast that was always included in our stay, ensuring we started our days off right. And the best part? The hotel had not one, not two, but three children beds in our room, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
No major issues, everything was just as we had hoped.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel just outside a popular city. The value for money was excellent, especially for a family like mine. It can be a challenge finding a hotel that accommodates three children, but this hotel offered spacious rooms with three beds, which was perfect for us. Additionally, the breakfast provided was elaborate and always included, ensuring we started our day off right. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and brochures to make the most of our stay. The location was also convenient, being a short distance away from the city center. One of my favorite aspects was the view from our room's balcony, which overlooked the stunning mountains. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at this hotel.
No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel's family-like staff were very friendly and upgraded our room for our wedding. The spacious apartments had excellent facilities and comfortable furnishings. There was no trouble parking as there was a large area. We loved the quiet and green surroundings while only being a short 10-minute drive to Salzburg's main attractions.
Nothing is perfect.

Located near Salzburg's main attraction, this hotel offers a modern breakfast room and a new attached restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and customers can enjoy a stunning view of the mountains. friendly staff make guests feel welcome and try to accommodate their needs.
Some guests complained about the isolated location and the lack of accessible restaurants nearby.

Our family is made of 2 adults and 2 daughters. We were given a small apartment with 2 rooms and bathroom. Rooms were at same level as owner apartment and we could share the same big terrace, with no separated area for our room. Hotel is few minutes from Salzburg city center, which can also reached by bus (even though we had our own car).
Nothing relevant

The family room (2adults + 3 kids) was very confortable for our family. Enough space for 5 persons, good landscape from balcony and good buffet style breakfast for family (included in price).
Basically good enough for faimily. WiFi is just restricted at the reception. We wants the hotel to improve it. The hotel has a restrant at ground floor. The person at the restrant was good, but it took much time to get orders and to serve each dinner due to short of employee.

Hotel room was excellent, large amount of space with comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table plus a large balcony with outdoor seating and table. A restaurant was attached to the hotel, making a convenient place to eat without driving further afield. Staff were obliging and helpful. Altogether a good hotel with good facilities.
Once again, this hotel lacked tea and coffee making facilities.

Had an amazing Christmas break here! Loved the cozy and warm atmosphere. The friendly staff made us feel at home. The location was perfect, nestled in the quiet village, surrounded by beautiful snow-topped mountains. The Christmas markets nearby were an added bonus. The restaurant served delicious traditional Austrian cuisine and we loved the hot coco offered every evening in the lobby.
Would have appreciated more comfortable and softer beds, as well as more variety at breakfast. However, the experience was still wonderful and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Very nice familiar hotel , close to town, bus station in front of hotel, clean rooms, good continental breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily. Internet access in lobby of the hotel. There is a pizza restaurant in hotel good as well. Recommendable.

The location offered a great view of the surrounding mountains and it was nice to be near the city's attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the Italian food served was delicious and filling, giving us a taste of the local cuisine.
The bedding in the room was old and needed replacing. It was disappointing to pay a high price and find the beds made up in a sloppy manner, as if we were staying in a hostel.
